REAL PEOPLE. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Meet the team
Your website is in experienced hands, and you will know who is doing the work. Meet the people bringing design, development and search together for your business.
LEAD DEVELOPER
Mian Rizwan
Mian leads our web design and development work. He has more than 10 years of experience and has designed and built thousands of websites throughout his career.
His work covers WordPress, Shopify and ecommerce, as well as service websites, small business sites and directories. That breadth helps him choose a practical solution for the way each business actually works.
Mian looks beyond the first impression. He thinks about how customers will move through a site, how you will manage it after launch, and whether a simpler way of building a feature could save you time and money.

Richie Billing
Richie has more than eight years of experience in SEO. He helps shape websites around the services people are looking for and the questions they need answered before getting in touch.
His work includes planning page structure, search-focused content and the technical details that help a site make sense to search engines. Just as importantly, he explains why a recommendation matters so you can decide whether it is right for your business.
SEO is not a promise of instant rankings. Richie will be clear about what the website build can address, what may take longer and where further investment would be useful.
Design and SEO, considered together
A website should look professional, work smoothly and help the right people find what they need. Mian and Richie bring those considerations into the same conversation, so the design and page structure support each other.
You will hear plain advice about the options. If your goals are better served by a focused first version, improvements to an existing site or a larger bespoke build, we will explain the reasons and the costs.
